You will work cross-functionally with Monetization, Paid UA, Engineering, Design, and Data, and you will own feature rollout end-to-end in partnership with Engineering.What You'll DoMonetization SystemsYou own all product-led revenue systems:Subscription pricing, tiers, and trialsOptimize onboarding and paywall timing by traffic sourceOne-time purchases (reveals, hints, boosts)Paywall timing, copy, UX, and placementRevenue per active user (ARPDAU / ARPU)Monetization performance by cohort (influencer, paid UA, organic)Extensive collaboration with Monetization Team by translating revenue strategy into shipped product featuresYou are accountable for revenue lift without growth decay .Organic Funnels, Influencer & Creator FunnelsNGL is creator-driven. You own:Influencer onboarding flowsCreator-specific product surfaces and incentivesConversion paths from influencer posts → installs → paid actionsMonetization differences by creator tier and audience qualityFeedback loops that increase creator posting frequency and retentionPartnerships source creators. Product owns the funnel.Funnel Ownership (End-to-End)You own the full lifecycle:Entry (Snap, IG, TikTok, deep links)First-session experience and activationMessage reveal mechanics and engagement triggersRe-engagement loops (notifications, prompts, scarcity)Conversion to paidDesign funnels that improve LTV and paybackRetention, churn reduction, and win-back flowsYou are expected to know where every drop-off lives .Experimentation & Growth VelocityYou will:Maintain a prioritized growth experiment backlogRun continuous A/B tests across onboarding, pricing, and UXTest influencer-specific monetization strategiesKill underperforming ideas quicklyScale winners aggressivelyK-Factor OptimizationSpeed and learning rate matter more than perfection.Feature Ownership & Rollout (Engineering)You own feature execution end-to-end:Write clear PRDs tied to growth and revenue outcomesPrioritize engineering work based on expected impactPartner with engineering to ship experiments quicklyOwn rollout plans, gating, and ramp strategiesMonitor post‐launch performance and iterate fastYou ship, measure, and refine.
