Senior Paralegal
Duties
- Conduct legal research and gather relevant information for cases.
- Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
- Manage and organize case files and documents.
- Interview clients to gather information for cases.
- Review and analyze legal documents and contracts.
- Maintain communication with clients.
Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a paralegal in a law firm or corporate legal department.
- Proficient in civil cases (e.g., Declaration of Heirship, Usucapion, Deed of Release, etc.) legal drafting, research, and writing.
- Strong knowledge of legal case management software.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience with project management and ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to transcribe dictation accurately.
