Account Manager

As a B2B Account Manager, you’ll support the development and retention of client accounts, act as a key point of contact, and help drive account growth through exceptional service and strategic coordination. What You’ll Do
In this role, you’ll support account growth while learning the fundamentals of client management and relationship development. Your responsibilities will include:
Supporting and managing a portfolio of client accounts
Building strong relationships through regular communication and follow-ups
Identifying opportunities to expand existing accounts and add value for clients
Assisting with account reviews, proposals, and client presentations
Maintaining accurate client records and activity tracking in CRM systems
Coordinating with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and operations
Supporting account performance goals and client satisfaction metrics
Contributing to account strategies and retention initiatives
You’ll play an active role in strengthening client relationships and supporting business growth across New York and surrounding markets.
