The ideal candidate will have a solid background in automation, monitoring, and maintaining scalable, high-availability systems.Key Responsibilities:Design, implement, and manage scalable and reliable infrastructure on AWSDeploy and manage containerized applications using OpenShiftDevelop and maintain infrastructure as code using AWS CDKMonitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availabilityAutomate operational tasks and improve system efficiencyCollaborate with development and DevOps teams for CI/CD pipeline improvementsEnsure system security, compliance, and best practicesRequired Skills & Qualifications:5+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering or DevOpsStrong hands-on experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, etc.)Experience working with OpenShift or Kubernetes platformsProficiency in AWS CDK (Cloud Development Kit)Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab, etc.)Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash, or similar)Knowledge of monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or CloudWatchPreferred Qualifications:Experience with microservices architectureFamiliarity with Terraform or other IaC toolsKnowledge of security and compliance in cloud environmentsStrong problem-solving and communication skillsStaffworxs is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
