At CCS, you will join a diverse team of smart, passionate, and resourceful professionals who are driven by purpose and committed to performance.SUMMER ASSOCIATE OVERVIEWThe ten-week internship program is designed to expose graduate-level students and/or recent graduates from undergraduate programs to different types of CCS projects through a rotational program with one to three clients. It is designed to offer a robust learning experience for individuals interested in impacting the nonprofit sector through a career in philanthropy and fundraising.Associates will have the opportunity to participate in the ongoing development efforts of a CCS client, work on projects to further fundraising initiatives, and/or support business development operations. Summer associates will be directly supervised by a CCS consultant and will be in regular communication with CCS Executives. At the end of the program, each intern will present on key learnings to CCS Executives and team members.Based upon performance, each associate also will be considered for a full-time employment offer.UNDERSTANDING THE ROLEOutstanding candidates bring a diverse background, an interest in philanthropy, and ambition to succeed in a rewarding career.
