Program Test Manager

Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced UAT/ORT Test Lead to manage and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Operational Readiness Testing (ORT) for a Network Inventory Transformation Program. The role will focus on consolidating legacy Lumen network inventory systems into Blue Planet Inventory and ensuring the solution is fully tested and operationally ready prior to production launch.The successful candidate will work closely with multiple operations organizations, program leads, technology teams, and business stakeholders to develop and execute the overall test strategy, drive test case completion, manage defects, and provide clear visibility into testing progress and readiness.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain the overall UAT/ORT test strategy and test plan in collaboration with multiple operations organizations and program stakeholders.Lead and coordinate UAT and ORT activities for the Network Inventory Transformation program.Partner with operations teams to identify business and operational requirements and translate them into comprehensive test cases and scenarios.Drive the creation, review, execution, and completion of UAT/ORT test cases across participating operations organizations.Establish testing timelines, milestones, dependencies, and entry/exit criteria.Track test execution progress and ensure testing activities remain aligned with the overall program schedule.Identify, document, prioritize, and track defects using JIRA, ensuring appropriate ownership and timely resolution.Coordinate defect triage and work closely with technology, product, and operations teams to drive defects through resolution and retesting.Monitor testing risks, issues, dependencies, and blockers and proactively escalate them to appropriate program leadership.Provide regular testing status updates, dashboards, metrics, and executive-level reporting to program and operational leadership.Coordinate testing activities and dependencies with other program leads to ensure an integrated approach across the transformation program.Validate that operations organizations have adequately completed testing and that critical defects and operational gaps are addressed prior to production deployment.Support production readiness and go-live decisions by providing an overall assessment of testing completion, defect status, risks, and operational readiness.Facilitate testing meetings, status calls, defect reviews, and cross-functional working sessions.Maintain testing documentation, test evidence, defect reports, and readiness artifacts throughout the program lifecycle.Ensure UAT/ORT activities follow established quality, governance, and program management standards.Required Qualifications5+ years of experience in UAT, ORT, QA, test management, or test program leadership.Experience managing testing activities across
