Apply today and take the next step in your career with a shop who wants to grow with you.Responsibilities:• Consult with customers about their vehicle and facts of loss• Work with technicians to assess damage to vehicles• Write estimates for repair, following shop / OEM procedures and standards• Discuss options with customers and insurance for providing quality repair• Perform in-process quality control checks.Ideal Candidates:• Have experience in CCC estimating• Dealership experience, working with CDK software is a plus• Enjoy working with people to achieve a common goal• Value improving their skill sets• Complete tasks with exceptional attention to detail while displaying a sense of urgency• Follow company policies and comply with safety and standard practices• Be dependable and honestRequirements:• Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record• Must be able to lift, squat, kneel, bend and manage parts in excess of 50 poundsBenefits:• Medical, Dental, & Vision benefits• Accrued Vacation Time• 401K Plan• Life & Disability Insurance• Extensive training and support• Employee vehicle purchase plans
