Store Manager – Runway Fashion Exchange (Bend, OR)Runway Fashion Exchange is looking for a Store Manager to lead our Bend team. We’re looking for someone who loves developing people, creating an experience that customers and team members want to be part of, and a person who loves the hunt of finding just the right outfit. Every day is different—from helping customers refresh their wardrobes to coaching team members and building a store culture where people feel valued, and inspired to grow.What You’ll DoLead and develop a team of certified buyers, key holders, and sales associatesCreate a positive and memorable store cultureHire, train, and coach team membersDrive sales and store performanceOversee inventory flow and merchandisingHelp customers have an exceptional experienceManage schedules, store operations, and daily prioritiesPartner with company leadership to execute goals and initiativesWhat We’re Looking ForLeadership experience (3 years retail management)Strong communication and people skillsSelf-motivated and dependableComfortable coaching, training, and holding others accountableOrganized and able to prioritize multiple tasksStrong organizational, problem-solving, and basic math skills for cash handling and reporting.Ability to stand for extended periods, lift and move merchandise, and work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
