Thrive in a culture of teamwork where you will have incredible support to tackle even the toughest tasks while still being able to have fun and enjoy your job.Family-owned–Get to know the owners of the company!See how active they are within the organization and how much they care about their employees.Essential duties/responsibilities:Knowledgeable and able to lead our Driver team in managing all aspects of the transportation of new trucks and our customers units.Able to lead our Driver team in all their daily functions.Scheduling employees and maximizing the efficiency of the transportation process.Insuringthat our driver team iscomplying withall DOT standards and completing the necessary administrative documents included in the transportation process.Supervises the Driverteamsdaily performance including managing the time of this department.Updating inventory records and on-site units.Works closely with other Excel dealerships to support their transportation needs.Working with the General Service Manager to ensure our workflowobjectives, all policies and regulatory requirements arebeing met.Class A or B CDL is ideal but notrequired.Able to embrace our Safety Culture and Policies.
