Bar ManagerWe are seeking an experienced and dynamic Bar Manager to oversee all aspects of our bar operations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, excellent people management skills, and a deep knowledge of beverages and bar operations.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee daily bar operations and ensure high standards of service and product qualityRecruit, train, schedule, and manage bar staff, fostering a positive and productive team environmentDevelop and implement innovative drink menus and seasonal specialties that align with current trends and customer preferencesManage inventory, place orders with suppliers, and control costs while maintaining product qualityMonitor bar revenue and expenses, analyze sales reports, and implement strategies to increase profitabilityEnsure compliance with health, safety, and liquor licensing laws and regulationsHandle customer feedback and resolve complaints promptly and professionallyCollaborate with the kitchen and restaurant management team to ensure seamless serviceOrganize and promote special events to attract customers and increase revenueMaintain a clean, organized, and safe bar environmentQualificationsProven experience (3+ years) in bar management or similar roleStrong knowledge of wines, spirits, cocktails, and current industry trendsExcellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skillsFinancial acumen with experience in budget management and cost controlProficiency in bar POS systems and inventory management softwareValid food safety and alcohol service certificationsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment with changing prioritiesAvailability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
