Seeking quality candidates with a congenial personality and a team player attitude to help deliver excellent patient-focused care and meet the needs of the practices. Board certified or eligible. If eligible must complete board certification within five years of completion training or two years of hire. Stable work/training history without prior history of license or disciplinary action. Strong computer skills with prior electronic medical record use preferred. Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with patients, hospital personnel and community members. Well respected busy Orthopedic practice for over thirty years drawing patients from all over northern Michigan. The office, located 3 miles from the hospital, is housed in a beautiful building with on-site radiology services. Surgeons travel to off-site clinics on a monthly basis as part of outreach program. Flexible scheduling with designated office/surgery days that allow a good work/life balance. Well trained Physician Assistants assist with surgeries and post-surgical follow up appointments.
