Irrigation Technician

This role is responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of irrigation systems to ensure optimal performance across commercial landscape properties. Key Responsibilities - Install, maintain, and repair irrigation systems, including valves, controllers, pumps, and sprinkler heads - Perform routine inspections to identify system issues, inefficiencies, or needed improvements - Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical irrigation problems - Adjust irrigation schedules and controllers to optimize water usage and plant health - Operate hand tools and power equipment to install systems and perform repairs - Dig trenches and assist with layout and installation of irrigation lines and components - Coordinate with landscape maintenance teams to support overall property conditions - Maintain accurate records of repairs, service calls, and materials used - Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards Qualifications - Previous experience in irrigation, lawn care, or landscape maintenance required - Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills - Knowledge of irrigation systems, controllers, and water management practices - Ability to safely operate hand tools and power equipment - Ability to perform physical labor, including digging and xaygatp lifting - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Valid driver’s license required Schedule - Monday to Friday - Overtime and weekends as needed - On-call rotation may be required Compensation & Benefits - Pay up to $30/hour based on experience - Hiring Bonus up to $1,500 - Overtime opportunities available - Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance - Paid Time Off
