(Peck Slip) The Litigation Paralegal will assist attorneys with legal document preparation, coordinate and manage case files, conduct document review, and perform detailed legal research. Responsibilities also include drafting pleadings and motions, communicating with clients, and ensuring case preparation aligns with deadlines and protocols. The role requires a high level of organization, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate in a fast-paced legal environment. Full-time, On-site, Hybrid/Remote, Salary DOE, Benefits, U.S. Eastern Time Zone. QualificationsProficiency in Legal Document Preparation, including ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal standardsExperience in Document Review and organization of case filesStrong skills in Legal Research, with the ability to analyze legal precedents and statutesKnowledge of drafting Pleadings and Motions, ensuring effective and timely court submissionsAttention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced legal environmentStrong written and verbal communication skillsBachelor’s degree, paralegal certification, or equivalent experience required; experience in intellectual property or copyright law is an advantage**No JD cadidates.
