This role oversees the full marketing function—including brand, creative, digital, loyalty, PR, social, and community engagement.This leader sets the marketing vision, builds scalable programs that deepen guest connection, and develops revenue-generating strategies to support NAYA’s ambitious multi-market expansion. The ideal candidate is a hands-on, data-driven brand builder with deep restaurant or consumer-facing experience who thrives in a high-growth environment and loves building teams, processes, and systems from the ground up.How You’ll Make an ImpactCreate and execute NAYA’s long-term marketing strategy to support rapid growth, new market openings, and ongoing brand awareness.Own the NAYA brand, ensuring consistency, clarity, and a strong emotional connection across all channels, platforms, and experiences.Lead integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, paid media, influencer, community partnerships, PR, and local store marketing.Drive revenue growth through data-driven acquisition, retention, and loyalty initiatives.Oversee digital experience and performance, including website, online ordering pathways, SEO/SEM, and customer engagement platforms.Partner closely with Operations, Culinary, Technology, and People & Culture to align marketing programs with the guest experience and company growth roadmap.Lead and develop a high-performing Marketing team, fostering creativity, accountability, and cross-functional collaboration.Establish KPIs and analytics frameworks to measure campaign performance, refine strategies, and optimize ROI.Serve as executive owner of new restaurant opening (NRO) marketing, supporting market launches with clarity, consistency, and brand amplification.Represent NAYA externally in partnership discussions, media interactions, community impact initiatives, and brand collaborations.What You’ll Bring8+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience, ideally in fast-casual, hospitality, retail, or another multi-unit consumer brand.Proven track record leading both brand marketing and sales-driven revenue channels (catering, B2B, partnerships, or similar).Demonstrated success in building integrated marketing strategies and scaling programs in a high-growth environment.Strong understanding of digital marketing, loyalty ecosystems, guest data, and performance analytics.Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution—comfortable building systems, workflows, and teams from scratch.Exceptional leadership, communication, and cross-functional partnership skills.A passion for brand storytelling, hospitality, and creating meaningful guest experiences.Experience overseeing agencies, creative partners, and external vendors.Strong business acumen and the ability to manage budgets, forecasts, and ROI-driven decision-making.You will love working at NAYAWe believe great people deserve great rewards.
