Store ManagerWe're looking for a motivated, customer-focused Store Manager to lead daily operations at our Subway restaurant. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, builds strong teams, and delivers an excellent guest experience.Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day restaurant operations, including opening and closing proceduresLead, train, and schedule team members to ensure proper staffingMaintain high standards for food quality, cleanliness, and customer serviceMonitor inventory, place orders, and control food and labor costsEnsure compliance with Subway brand standards, health, and safety regulationsHandle customer concerns professionally and effectivelyTrack sales performance and implement strategies to improve resultsQualificationsPrevious restaurant or retail management experience (quick-service preferred)Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skillsAbility to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environmentBasic computer skills (POS systems, scheduling, inventory)Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidaysHigh school diploma or equivalent (college coursework a plus)
