The Role As a Sales Representative, you’ll work with company-provided leads, connect with potential clients, and learn how real deals are built from the ground up. This is a growth-focused role designed to help you build confidence, sharpen communication skills, and progress into a Broker / Closer position. No finance or loan experience required — we train from day one.
