Lumio is Home Experience, Elevated.™About This RoleIn the Crew Lead role, you will lead a residential solar installation crew to install rooftop solar systems. The Crew Lead functions as the electrical expert on-site and ensures that all electrical systems are installed within code parameters while providing leadership to the installation crew.Overall ResponsibilitiesLead the installation of residential solar panels while providing electrical expertise to the crew and adhering to project timelinesEnsure a quality installation while following design specificationsProvide leadership to the solar installation crew along with the Roof Lead and Installation ManagerMaintain compliance with company guidelines and principles as well as governmental regulationsUphold polite and professional communication with the customerTroubleshoot PV systems and resolve electrical issuesWork with local inspectors to satisfy local requirements and expectationsSubmit and fill out paperwork required for the installationKeep a neat and orderly job siteMaintain compliance with all PPE and safety regulations per OSHA and company standardsPerform other needed job tasks as requested by leadershipQualificationsJourneyman Electrician license within the local state where requiredExperience with residential solar preferredExperience in leading residential electrical servicesExperience reading and interpreting one-line drawings and electrical schematicsUnderstanding of NEC codesCapability to work safely on a roofAbility to lift and move up to 40 to 50 lbsThis is a driving required position and you must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record for insurabilityMinimum 25% travel requiredPhysical Demands/Environmental ConditionsThe physical demands described below represent those that must be met by an employee to perform the essential functions of this job successfully.
