Are you passionate about creating memorable experiences for guests in a lively event setting? Colonial Gardens is looking for enthusiastic Events Crew Members to join our team. In this role, you’ll be directly involved in the preparation, setup, execution, and cleanup of public and private events. You’ll help bring our festivals, private gatherings, and community activities to life, ensuring guests have a great time. Part-Time Position Hourly Range: $14.00-$16.00 an hour Key Responsibilities: Event Operations: Assist with festival ticket admission, snack bar, and liquor sales, ensuring smooth and professional service at all times. Setup and Cleanup: Work with the team to set up event spaces, ensure proper organization during the event, and assist with post-event cleanup. Customer Experience and Sales: Provide excellent customer service, interacting with guests in a friendly and approachable manner to enhance their event experience and boost sales. Compliance: Follow safety, sanitation, and company policies, especially in handling food, alcohol, and event equipment. Essential Job Duties: Maintain high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction during events. Operate point-of-sale systems for ticket and snack bar sales. Help manage crowd flow and assist guests with any event-related inquiries. Keep event areas clean, stocked, and orderly throughout the event duration. Other Duties: Support the overall event and operations team as needed. Assist with promotional and marketing efforts when necessary. Uphold Colonial Gardens’ values in a safe and professional work environment. Minimum Qualifications: Required: High school diploma or equivalent. Preferred: Experience in hospitality, event management, or customer service.
