Department: MaintenanceReports To: Maintenance ManagerJoin Our TeamWe’re looking for a skilled and motivated Maintenance Technician to help keep our production equipment running safely, efficiently, and reliably. In this role, you’ll play a critical part in ensuring we deliver high-quality flexible packaging products on time while maintaining our commitment to safety and continuous improvement.What You’ll DoAs a Maintenance Technician, You WillPerform preventive maintenance (PM) and repairs on production equipmentTroubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and system issues with urgency and accuracyEnsure all repairs meet safety, quality, and regulatory standardsUtilize CMMS (maintenance software) to track work orders, time, and materialsMaintain and inspect tools and equipment at the start and end of each shiftCommunicate effectively with team members across shifts to ensure continuitySupport food safety, GMP, and quality programsKeep equipment clean and in optimal working conditionContribute ideas and participate in continuous improvement initiativesAssist in other departments or tasks as neededWhat We’re Looking ForPrevious maintenance experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment preferredAbility to read blueprints, manuals, and technical documentsStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsMechanical aptitude and ability to use measuring tools (micrometers, tape measures, etc.)High attention to detail and accuracy in documentationStrong communication skills and team mindsetFlexibility to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environmentPerformance ExpectationsCommitment to a Zero Safety Incident cultureAdherence to GMP, food safety, and quality standardsTimely and accurate completion of work ordersCompliance with attendance and company policiesProper care of equipment with a focus on first-time fix accuracyWork Environment & Physical RequirementsAbility to lift up to 75 lbsStand for extended periods during shiftsWork overtime as needed and respond to off-hour call-ins for critical breakdownsWork in a fast-paced production environmentProvide your own basic hand tools (specialty tools provided)Willingness to travel occasionally, including overnight if neededWhy Join Us?Be part of a team-oriented culture focused on safety and excellenceOpportunity to work on advanced production equipmentContribute to meaningful improvements and operational successStable, essential industry with growth opportunitiesIf you’re a hands-on problem solver who takes pride in quality work and thrives in a team environment, we’d love to hear from you.Apply today and help keep our operations running at their best.12 hour rotating Shift (2-2-3) 5:45PM-6:00AMWeek 1 = Mon, Tues, Fri, SatWeek 2 = Sun, Wed, ThurWeek 1 = 49 hoursWeek 2 = 36.75 hours
