PRN LPN or RN

Gateway Rehab Center (GRC) is looking for a PRN LPN/RN for our Washington, PA. Schedule will vary. Our nurses provide direct patient nursing care which includes administering medication and carrying out therapeutic treatments.This exciting opportunity comes with comprehensive benefits to include the following:Competitive starting salary.Free parkingFree onsite training.ABILITY TO SAVE LIVES!ResponsibilitiesAdministers medications.Carries out prescribed therapeutic treatments.Documents nursing observations and patient care rendered.Participates in the planning, implementing, and evaluating of nursing care.Intervenes in crises and other emergency situations and provides admission phone triage.Coordinates with all GRC departments as appropriate.Provides patient health education.Completes employee health duties.Intervenes in crises for all GRC departments during off hours.Knowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesMust be skilled and physically able to perform necessary medical interventions when needed.Must demonstrate good judgement, decision making and leadership skills necessary to take responsibility for nursing-related patient care.RequirementsLPN or RN Licensure.CPR certified.Preferred Requirements2 years nursing experienceCritical Care experienceAdditional RequirementsPass PA Criminal Background CheckObtain Child Abuse and FBI ClearancesPass Drug2-Step TB TestValid driver's license with favorable driving record.CPR certification.Work ConditionsSubstance use disorder treatment center.On-site at various Gateway locationsAble to lift upwards of 20 lbs.Flexibility regarding work schedule
