From culture to creative, in today’s world BOLD moves everything we do.We are a collaborative mid-sized agency with an immediate opportunity for a Senior Influencer Strategist to join our growing team!What You’ll Do:As a Senior Influencer Strategist, you’ll bring cultural insights, thought leadership, and strategic thinking to help lead programming on brands across the agency, with a lot of opportunity for growth and visibility.You’ll also manage all aspects of integrated influencer campaigns, from development of strategies to oversight of execution, collaborating with PR, social, and paid teams to ensure holistic programming. You’ll lead and inspire junior staffers; serve as a client counselor; and, most importantly, work with a very talented, very collaborative, and inspiring team that will have your back no matter what.Key responsibilities include:Developing integrated influencer campaign strategies, based on business/IAT (integrated agency team) needs, opportunities presented by ever-changing social landscape and previous learningsLeading influencer relations, including partner identification and vetting, outreach, negotiations, contracting, briefing, content review process, and budgetingIn partnership with our Analytics team, you’ll lead reporting that shows the impact of our influencer programming alongside actionable learningsWorking closely with IAT partners to deliver campaign POVs to clients, and negotiate necessary rights with influencers to deliver assets according to planActively providing industry updates with the opportunity to take lead on client POVs that can be repurposed across the practice/agencyServing as client lead on influencer campaigns, including written communications and presenting on calls/meetingsMaintaining strong connections with influencers and their agentsWorking with junior teammates on campaigns and serve as their coach in the influencer spaceWhat You’ll Bring:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent5-6 years of influencer experience working in an agency setting or in-houseExperience managing and mentoring a team of 1-2 direct reportsStrong foundation in influencer relations, including experience creating influencer campaign strategies and execution of all componentsExperience in managing/working with third party influencer vendors/networksSolid understanding of paid media and owned channels; experience working in an IAT setting is a plusExperience in client management, and proven ability to lead client communicationsStrong writing skillsStrong analytical skills and experience tracking and interpreting dataProven ability to effectively organize multiple deadlines across accounts and teamsAbility to work independently and multi-task in a team-oriented environmentCreative, strategic thinking skillsStrong attention to detailPositive and flexible attitudeNice to Have:Experience with influencer tools, such as Creator IQExperience and/or passion for CPG and home brandsIn the know with cultural and industry trendsWhat We’ll Bring:Here are a few highlights of the benefits we offer at M Booth:A workplace that’s alive with courage, ideas, respect and humanityProfessional growth and development programs to help advance your careerComprehensive health care and wellness plans for your entire familyA 401(k) Savings Plan and Flexible Spending AccountsPaid holidays, Unlimited Paid Time Off (Personal, Sick, Vacation), and Summer FridaysAdditional Perks: Family Leave, Well-Being Programs, and Commuter Benefits$86,000 - $100,000Location: Remote or in the New York officeOur Flexible Work Policy:We believe that our best work happens in a hybrid working environment. If you are in the NYC (or commutable surrounding distance) hub we want to see you in person 2 days a week. That could mean in our office, in our client's office, on the road with them or attending an industry event. For those outside the NYC hub, you will be asked to be in person too. Examples of this may include client meetings, events or team meetings.
