Job Title: LVN/LPN – New Member Desk Location: Portland, OR (97210) Duration: 13 Week with possible extension Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:15 PM Hours: 40 hrs/week Job Summary The LVN/LPN will support the onboarding of new members by conducting intake processes, scheduling care, and coordinating healthcare services within Kaiser's system. ResponsibilitiesConduct new member onboarding questionnairesSchedule PCP appointmentsAssign members to PCP panelsCoordinate referrals to departments (dental, specialty, etc.)Provide support for member service needsMaintain accurate records and documentation RequirementsActive OR and WA LPN/LVN licenseBLS certificationStrong communication and coordination skillsExperience in patient interaction or outpatient setting preferred 4.
