Position Title: Treatment Supervisor Location: Marshall, MN Classification: Exempt Hiring Compensation: Starting rate is $42.00 based qualifications and experience. About the job: As a Treatment Supervisor, the successful candidate will ensure continuous supervision, care and safety of recipients, and to coordinate services under Minnesota Chapter 245i, specifically Intensive Residential Treatment Services (IRTS) to appropriately meet the needs of each recipient and their family. Essential job responsibilities include, but not limited to: Formulate a plan of rehabilitation appropriate to each recipient in accordance with their Treatment Plan. Approve and coordinate all admissions. Provide immediate supervision, leadership and program direction to staff. Maintain and develop a program for record keeping. Maintain adequate personnel to facilitate the above. Ensure the facility program is in compliance with governing entities. Attend/coordinate weekly on-site meetings with the treatment team. Provide in-service training to staff on mental health diagnosis/treatment consistent with the therapeutic/rehabilitative approach. Complete diagnostic assessments. Provide clinical direction to members of the treatment team and external stakeholders. Qualifications - Must qualify under one of the following criteria: Licensed Psychologist (LP) Licensed Physiological Practitioner (LPP) Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) Psychiatrist Psychiatric Nurse (i.e., Clinical Nurse Specialist) Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Mental Health Rehabilitation Professional Three (3) years’ work experience with people with mental illness and co-occurring alcohol/substance abuse disorders. Familiarity with Dialectic Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and the diagnosis of Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD), Illness Management and Recovery (IMR), and Integrated Dual Disorder Treatment. Good oral and written communication skills. Pass a background check. Possess a valid driver’s license.
