Learn more at https://voicecare.ai/.We are seeking a dynamic, high-energy, and results-driven Founding Account Executive for the specialty and multi-specialty market to drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, building relationships with clients, and closing deals within the specialty industry. This role requires a strategic mindset, strong communication skills, and a passion for AI-driven healthcare innovation. This position offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of AI-driven healthcare and make a meaningful impact on the healthcare workforce.Key Responsibilities:Sales & Business DevelopmentIdentify and pursue new business opportunities in the specialty and multi-specialty sectorDevelop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.Generate leads, conduct outreach, and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.Client Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain strong relationships with specialty and multi-specialty executives and other key stakeholders.Conduct client meetings, product demonstrations, and negotiations.Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and ensuring satisfaction.Market Analysis & StrategyAnalyze industry trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.Work closely with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with business objectives.Provide feedback on market demands and customer pain points to influence product development.Contract Negotiation & Closing DealsPrepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and ensure successful deal closure.Collaborate with legal and finance teams to structure agreements that align with company policies.Drive revenue growth by meeting and exceeding sales quotas.Collaboration & ReportingWork cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and success.Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and forecasts using CRM tools.Regularly report on sales performance and key business metrics.Skills & Experience: 3-5 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development, with deep sales experience in specialty and multi-specialty tech, or SaaS. 2-4 years of demonstrated sales experience to athenaHealth, Modmed, Veradigm, NextGen customers is preferredStrong understanding of the specialty and multi-specialty industry, including providers, payers, and regulatory landscape.Proven ability to drive revenue growth through consultative selling and relationship-building.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Strong experience using Hubspot CRM platforms to track sales activities and manage customer relationships. Hands-on experience using tools like Apollo.io, Instantly, and othersAbility to analyze market trends and develop data-driven sales strategies.Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Experience working with healthcare applications or regulated industries is a plus.Hybrid or based in GAQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.Experience working in AI, health tech solutions is a plus.Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B setting.Ability to travel extensively as needed for client meetings and industry events
