Part-Time CookThe Wave of Edgewater, Clearwater, FLThe Wave of Edgewater is seeking a part-time cook to support our residential behavioral health facilities. This role is responsible for preparing daily meals for clients at both The Wave of Edgewater and The Wave of Clearwater, with all cooking completed at the Edgewater location.ScheduleEvery Saturday and Sunday10:00 AM 6:00 PMSome holidays requiredResponsibilitiesPrepare and cook lunch and dinner for approximately up to 40 clients total (each facility houses up to 20 clients)Coordinate meal preparation for both Edgewater and Clearwater locationsFollow all food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standardsMaintain an organized, clean kitchen environmentAdhere to dietary guidelines and portion requirements appropriate for a residential treatment settingRequirements2+ years of cooking experience (professional or institutional preferred)ServSafe certification required (or willingness to obtain immediately)Ability to work independently and manage meal preparation for multiple locationsReliable, punctual, and able to start right awayExperience cooking for groups or facilities strongly preferredCompensationPay is negotiable and will be discussed during the interview, based on experienceAbout The Wave InternationalThe Wave provides compassionate, structured mental health treatment in a women's only residential setting.
