Process Engineer

Large Manufacturing company located in Evansville Indiana is looking for a Process Engineer that has worked in a metal or steel manufacturing environmentJOB DUTIESOptimize manufacturing processes, improve product quality, increasing throughput, reducing cost, and supporting new product development across coiled and cut-to-length/spooled tubing production lines.Drive continuous improvement initiatives, troubleshoot process issues, and implement data-driven solutions in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Assist Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives to increase OEE, reduce scrap, and improve cycle times.Collaborate with Maintenance to improve equipment reliability and reduce downtime.Support troubleshooting of production equipment and tooling to ensure consistent performance. REQUIRED4+ years working as a Manufacturing Engineer in a manufacturing EnvironmentStrong experience in lean manufacturing / continuous improvement
