Process Technician II

*Process Technician III – Overnight Shift* CTG’s long-standing Fortune 500 client has a W-2 contract assignment for a Process Technician III supporting development and manufacturing operations. *Job Details* * *Location:* 9261 Addison Road, Painted Post, NY 14870 * *Work arrangement:* 100% onsite at the Diesel Plant * *Schedule:* Wednesday–Sunday, 11:00 p.m.–7:00 a.m. * *Pay:* $19.06–$24.69 per hour * *Employment type:* W-2 contract Candidates must be able to commute reliably to Painted Post, NY. Additional schedule flexibility and overtime may be required based on business needs. *Position Overview* The Process Technician III will support CT scanning, image analysis, measurement activities, and workflow coordination in a manufacturing plant environment. This position is ideal for a technically curious and dependable professional who can work independently while supporting engineering, development, and manufacturing priorities. Training on the required equipment and processes will be provided. *Key Responsibilities* * Operate CT scanning equipment in support of development and manufacturing activities * Perform automated and manual image analysis * Interpret results and clearly communicate findings to data requestors * Set up and operate measurement equipment independently after training * Collect numerical data and accurately enter results into Microsoft Excel * Independently conduct analyses, ask thoughtful questions, and recommend next steps * Support work-queue logistics and assist with scheduling coordination * Collaborate closely with engineering teams in a manufacturing plant environment * Shift between tasks as business priorities change * Follow all safety requirements and wear required personal protective equipment *Required Qualifications* * Associate degree or higher * Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook * Strong organizational and time-management abilities * Ability to complete work accurately with minimal supervision * Dependable attendance and professional work habits * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team * Technical curiosity and a proactive approach to identifying and preventing problems * Reliable transportation to and from the worksite * Ability to work the Wednesday–Sunday overnight schedule * Willingness to work overtime or accommodate schedule changes when required *Preferred Qualifications* * Degree in STEM, engineering technology, manufacturing, information technology, mathematics, or a related discipline * Previous experience in manufacturing, laboratory operations, quality, inspection, imaging, measurement, or technical data collection *Work Environment* * Manufacturing plant and non-office environment * Required PPE includes safety shoes and safety glasses * Must be comfortable following plant safety procedures and working around manufacturing operations CTG is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
