Our goal is to improve business results and the lives of the people who drive those results: our associates!Job DescriptionThe Disassembler performs routine and non-routine production duties to disassemble and clean air compressors and diesel generators. This position is responsible for visual and quantifiable inspection of the results of their process.ResponsibilitiesDisassembly air compressors and generators while reclaiming as many parts as possibleUse machining and hand tools to clean parts to be used in the finished goodsCreate usable finished product which meets specifications within the standard time allowed while following all work instructionsSelect proper tooling to disassemble and clean air compressor and generator componentsSet up and operate special equipment such as torque tools (automated and manual)Report defective materials, equipment, or questionable conditions to the Supervisor to correct the issueAdhere to all safety guidelines and policiesMaintain a clean and orderly work areaRewardsEmployee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP)Weekly PayExceptional health benefitsVacation and Holiday pay5% 401(k) MatchQuarterly Bonus programTraining and AdvancementOutstanding Company Culture100% Tuition Reimbursement1st shift: Monday - Friday 6:30-3:00, overtime on 5am start time and on Saturdays as neededLocation: 2801 N.
