Sports Talk Show Producer – AM590OverviewAM590 is seeking a dynamic and creative Sports Talk Show Producer to help drive the daily execution and on-air success of our sports programming. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands the rhythm of live radio, and brings strong organizational and creative skills to the table.Key Responsibilities●    Organize, book, and coordinate a compelling daily guest lineup for the show●    Serve as an on-air contributor, actively participating in discussions and segments●    Screen and manage listener calls during live broadcasts●    Produce and edit audio content, including promotional imaging and show elements●    Develop and execute social media content to promote daily shows and engage listeners●    Upload and publish each show to the station website for podcast replay availability●    Collaborate with hosts to generate creative segment ideas, topics, and show flow●    Ensure smooth day-to-day production operations before, during, and after each broadcastQualifications●    Strong knowledge of sports and current sports storylines●    Experience in radio production, broadcasting, or related media field preferred●    Proficiency in Adobe Audition (or similar audio editing software)●    Ability to multitask and perform under the pressure of a live broadcast environment●    Excellent communication and organizational skills●    Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging content and segments●    Familiarity with social media platforms and digital content strategyPreferred Skills●    Prior on-air experience or comfort speaking live on air●    Experience with podcast publishing and digital media platforms●    Understanding of sports talk radio format and audience engagementWork Environment●    Fast-paced, live broadcast setting●    Flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, or weekends as needed●    Walnut Media is an equal opportunity employer
