Process Improvement Specialist

Job Description Time Study ProfessionalJob OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Time Study Professional to evaluate production processes and improve operational efficiency. In this role, you will conduct time and motion studies, analyze workflows, and establish accurate labor standards. Your insights will directly contribute to productivity improvements, cost reduction, and streamlined operations. Key ResponsibilitiesConduct time and motion studies using direct observation, stopwatch timing, and video analysisAnalyze workflows to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and unnecessary motionDevelop and maintain accurate time standards for tasks and processesRecommend and implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce costsCreate detailed reports, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and work instructionsCollaborate with production managers, engineers, and operations teamsTrain employees on new processes and efficiency improvements QualificationsBachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)Experience with time and motion study techniquesKnowledge of Lean Manufacturing and/or Six Sigma methodologiesProficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools (e.g., Minitab)Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent attention to detail and accuracyStrong communication and interpersonal skills Preferred SkillsExperience in manufacturing or production environmentsFamiliarity with workflow optimization and process improvement initiativesAbility to interpret data and translate findings into actionable recommendations Work EnvironmentPrimarily on-site in production or operational settingsMay require standing, observing, and interacting on the production floor IndustriesManufacturing & ProductionLogistics & DistributionHealthcareService IndustriesLabor Solutions is an equal opportunity employer.
