This is a fully remote role; however, candidates must reside in Wyoming to support coordination needs, time-zone alignment, and operational coverage.The Office Manager will serve as the operational backbone of a small but fast-moving team, ensuring smooth day-to-day business operations, strong administrative structure, and efficient internal coordination across leadership and staff.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee daily remote office operations and administrative workflowsManage calendars, scheduling, and cross-team coordinationMaintain organized digital systems for documents, files, and recordsSupport billing, invoicing, and basic financial tracking processesServe as a primary coordination point for clients, vendors, and service providersAssist leadership with operational tasks, reporting, and ad hoc administrative needsHelp implement and improve internal processes, tools, and workflows for efficiencyEnsure consistent communication flow across remote team membersQualifications3+ years of experience in office management or senior administrative support rolesExperience in a professional services or business operations environment strongly preferredStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote settingExcellent written and verbal communication skillsHigh level of discretion, confidentiality, and professionalismProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and general business toolsMust currently reside in WyomingWhy This OpportunityFully remote role while remaining Wyoming-basedDirect exposure to leadership in a growing organizationOpportunity to shape and improve operational systems from the ground up
