About the Role: As an RN Lead in our Family Medicine practice, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic and providing exceptional patient care. You'll wear two hats: a dedicated patient caregiver and a leader who motivates and supports your fellow nurses. Responsibilities: Clinical Expertise: Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans. Deliver high-quality patient care, including administering medications, performing procedures, and providing patient education. Stay up-to-date on the latest evidence-based practices in Family Medicine. Leadership & Teamwork: Provide guidance, mentorship, and training to other nurses. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment. Delegate tasks effectively and ensure efficient workflow within the clinic. Address staff concerns and escalate serious issues to management. Quality & Compliance: Implement and ensure adherence to established protocols and best practices. Monitor quality metrics and identify opportunities for improvement. Participate in quality improvement initiatives. Communication & Collaboration: Maintain clear and open communication with physicians, patients, and other healthcare professionals. Document patient care accurately and thoroughly. Contribute to a team-oriented approach to patient care. Qualifications: Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice. Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Family Medicine or a related setting. Proven leadership and supervisory skills.
