New York Life prides itself in developing you to be the best you can be; you just have to put in the effort. Therefore, the office will provide approximately $300,000 in training and tools to help you learn how to make your business a success. You will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, providing financial products and insurance solutions, while achieving sales goals. Daily tasks include consulting with clients to identify their insurance and financial needs, recommending tailored solutions, and delivering excellent customer service. Additional responsibilities include participating in training programs and staying updated on industry trends and compliance regulations. The only limit to your income is your determination to make this a great long-term career.QualificationsStrong Communication and Customer Service skills, and willing to engage clients effectivelyAbility to learn how to meet performance targets in a results-driven environmentWillingness to obtain the Knowledge of Insurance products and financial planning principles to advise clients on proper solutions that complement their goalsWillingness to learn and grow through ongoing Training opportunitiesSelf-motivation, organizational skills, and a customer-focused mindsetNo degree required, but relevant experience will be consideredLicensing for insurance or financial products is a plus; however, you must be willing to obtain the needed licenses as required
