Opportunities to work with leaders across the organization, from clinical to operational teamsFulltime benefits, and professional development opportunitiesWhat You'll DoServe as the primary contact for new contract requests from business ownersNegotiate contract terms and conditions with vendors to achieve favorable and compliant outcomesGuide business owners through the full contracting process—from request to final executionPartner with departments such as Third Party Risk Management, IT Demand Management, Clinical Variation Reduction, Legal, Insurance, Finance, and the Group Purchasing Organization to assess and limit contractual riskEnsure contracts meet internal policy, regulatory, and operational requirementsMaintain accurate documentation and tracking within Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) systemsEducationWhat We're Looking ForBachelor’s degree required in Business Management, Supply Chain, Law, Political Science, Economics, or related fieldExperienceAt least three (3) years of experience reviewing, drafting, and negotiating contracts, requiredExperience in healthcare or a highly regulated environment, preferredLicensure/CertificationCertified Professional Contract Manager (CPCM) or Certified Federal Contract Manager (CFCM), preferredSkills & AbilitiesStrong negotiation and communication skills with a collaborative mindsetExcellent organization, attention to detail, and follow-throughProficiency in Microsoft Office and CLM applicationsDemonstrates sound judgment, critical thinking, and a proactive approach to managing riskWhy Choose Novant Health?At Novant Health, we believe remarkable care starts with compassion for our patients, our communities, and each other.
