Your Role: Insolvency & Financial Litigation Associate• Handle complex business disputes and insolvency-related litigation matters• Manage cases from inception through resolution, including motion practice and strategy• Work on bankruptcy litigation, restructuring disputes, and financial proceedings• Collaborate with senior attorneys while developing independent case ownership• Gain exposure to federal and state court litigation across high-value matters ? Must-Haves:• 4+ years' PQE in business/commercial litigation• Experience in motion practice and case management• Active California Bar admission• Strong legal writing, analytical, and advocacy skills? Nice-to-Haves:• Experience in bankruptcy, insolvency, or financial litigation• Trial experience• Exposure to federal and state courts?? Salary & Benefits:• Competitive salary $170,000 – $230,000• Bonus potential up to ~$106,000• Unlimited PTO• 401(k) + full benefits package• All roles on an equity partnership track??
