Job DescriptionOur client, a world leader in biotechnology and life sciences, is looking for a "Scientist I" based out of San Diego, CA.Job Duration: Long Term Contract (Possibility Of Extension)Rate: $49/hr on W2Company Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Paid Sick leave, 401KKey Responsibilities:Perform T-cell engineering using non-viral transfection (electroporation/nucleofection)Run screening and functional assays (flow cytometry, cytotoxicity, cytokine analysis)Maintain and culture primary T cells and cell linesAnalyze data (FlowJo) and document experiments in ELNSupport high-throughput screening and binder validationQualifications:Bachelor's/Master's in Immunology, Molecular Biology, or related field2+ years of wet lab experience (industry preferred)Strong expertise in flow cytometry (FACS)Experience with T-cell assays, ELISA/Luminex, and aseptic techniquesPreferred: Non-viral transfection and automation experienceIf interested, please send us your updated resume athr@dawarconsulting.com/lakshmi@dawarconsulting.comSkill Set
