DescriptionBakery Lorraine is looking to fill prep cook position as soon as possible to work in our commissary kitchen located down Broadway. This location is not open to the public.Availability to work weekends and holidays. Hours range from 7am to 3pm.4-5 shifts a weekPrep Cooks are in charge of baking quiches, slicing meats, and making sauces and other items to be sent out to locations for service. Duties include, but are not limited to:Teamwork and ability to work independently as neededBaking quiches, frittatas, slicing meats, sorting orders.Responsible for cleaning, and inventory of productsKnowledge of how to use a meat slicer. Serious candidates only please. Must have own reliable transportation.
