Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop a comprehensive PEO program, collaborating with cross-functional teams for successful launch
Own sales and account management for PEO groups, driving revenue growth and customer acquisition
Build and lead a high-performing sales and account management team, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation
Required Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in sales, account management, or related fields, focusing on PEO or similar industries
Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work experience
Proven track record of leadership and success in managing high-performing teams
Strong sales and account management skills with a focus on revenue growth
Excellent strategic thinking and analytical skills
