Business & Compliance Analyst
Tower Strategy Group is seeking an entrepreneurial individual to fill a full-time Operations & Compliance Analyst position in our Alexandria, VA office. This position serves as the operational backbone of our boutique consulting firm. The role reports to the Director of Firm Development and interfaces with all aspects of the business, from finance and HR to technology and compliance, requiring exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to enforce policies while managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
Specific responsibilities include:
Manage federal contract compliance including GSA MAS requirements
Process financial transactions (AP/AR) and maintain records
Administer employee benefits and HR processes
Provide IT support and manage software platform development
Support business development and proposal efforts
Track and enforce deadlines for reporting and compliance
Implement and maintain document management systems
Support firm operations and process improvements
