Psychiatric - Mental Health Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking experienced Mental Health Nurse Practitioners with a strong background in Substance Use Disorder (SUD) and co-occurring psychiatric conditions. This role supports patients through virtual outpatient services and In-Home Addiction Treatment (IHAT) programs.Providers must be licensed and able to prescribe independently in the state(s) they support.States : CT, MA, IN, NH, KY, OH, VA, GA, ME, RI, FLResponsibilitiesConduct initial and follow-up visits for both substance use and psychiatric disordersProvide MAT induction, management, and follow-up carePerform psychiatric evaluations and BPS assessmentsAmbD initial and discharge visitsConsultations (initial + follow-ups)Care coordination and SOT visitsReview treatment plans and other clinical documentsDeliver IHAT services, including intake assessments and care coordinationRequirementsActive PMHNP license and prescribing authority in applicable state(s)Must have SUD experienceExperience with MAT, psychiatric evaluations, and ongoing med managementStrong clinical judgment, documentation skills, and comfort with virtual careAbility to participate in weekend on-call rotation DirectShifts is an Equal Opportunity Employer All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
