Job Description
Analyzes subject matter and then designs the appropriate
instructional offering for the content.
Collaborates with subject matter experts and other
instructional designers on content development for both
online and instructor-led courses.
Explore and share with the broader team new, innovative
methods for meeting the learning needs of our clients.
Assists in talent management initiatives that could include but are not limited to upskilling of teams, succession planning, and leadership development.

Minimum Qualifications
Enrolled in a Bachelors or Master's program required. Interest in Human Resources strongly preferred.
