Portfolio Manager - Sponsor Finance

A company is looking for a Portfolio Manager - Sponsor Finance to support underwriting and portfolio management of sponsor-backed credits. Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze new credit opportunities and evaluate financial performance and capital structures Monitor a portfolio of sponsor-backed credits and identify emerging risks Contribute to the build-out of the Sponsor Finance vertical and collaborate with senior leadershipRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance Seven or more years of experience in a commercial lending environment Experience with credit analysis and portfolio management Knowledge of commercial credit and lending concepts, practices, and regulations Ability to work independently and mentor junior team members
