Job Summary And ResponsibilitiesAs our Blood Bank Quality Assessment Coordinator, you will work with the Laboratory Management Team to organize, plan, and coordinate Quality Assurance and Process Improvement activities.Every day you will utilize Lean design principles and apply best practices to enhance laboratory operations. You will also ensure that all sections of the laboratory are fully compliant with CAP, CLIA, Joint Commission, and any other applicable accreditation or regulatory agency standards.To be successful in this role, you will effectively drive continuous quality improvement initiatives, meticulously ensure regulatory compliance across all laboratory sections, and apply best practices to optimize laboratory processes.Evaluate laboratory workflow and processes.
