This is an important role where you will be supporting our providers and helping to make a meaningful impact on our clients' lives.Key responsibilities include:Rooming patients and recording vital signsPreparing treatment rooms and maintaining sterile techniqueAssisting providers during aesthetic and wellness treatmentsDocumenting patient care accurately in the EMR and keeping charts up to dateEducating patients and providing post-treatment care instructionsManaging lab orders/results and coordinating follow-up appointmentsMaking follow-up phone calls to patientsSupporting inventory management and stocking clinical suppliesRequirementsRequired Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalentCompletion of a medical assistant programCertified or Registered Medical Assistant (CMA/RMA) credential or equivalent experience5+ years of experience as a Medical Assistant or in a closely related roleStrong phlebotomy skills with experience performing phlebotomy in a clinical settingExperience handling clinical lab workflows, including sending and receiving lab orders/results and coordinating follow-upsProficiency documenting patient care in an EMR with strong attention to detailAbility to quickly learn new software systems, including Zenoti and custom CRM platformsPreferred Qualifications:Experience working in a medical aesthetics practiceKnowledge of medical aesthetics and wellness/functional medicineBenefits401(k)401(k) matchingEmployee discountFree parkingHealth insurancePaid time offPaid trainingRetirement planTuition reimbursementCompetitive hourly compensation of $22-$25 per hour
