Junior Sales Consultant Responsibilities Engage directly with customers throughout the Fort Myers area, delivering personalized, face-to-face interactions that build trust and strong customer relationships. Introduce yourself professionally and start conversations about wireless and internet service options. Assess household connectivity needs and present customized telecom solutions. Clearly explain plan features, pricing, promotions, and benefits. Guide customers through the enrollment and activation process. Track daily activity, maintain performance goals, and contribute to Junior Sales Consultant team targets. Represent nationally recognized telecom brands with professionalism and integrity. Junior Sales Consultant Requirements Comfortable working outdoors and engaging with people in person daily. Strong communication skills and a confident, positive attitude. Self-motivated and goal-oriented. Ability to handle objections and stay resilient. Sales, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
