Hardware Technical Program Manager

We are now looking for a Tester Technical Program Manager. You will be joining the Product Engineering team that architects and develops manufacturing test solutions for server tester products. What you'll be doing:Work on tier 1's flagship Datacenter systems in NPI and productionWork with internal teams and Contract manufacturer (CM) to bring up and globally deploy next generation datacenter testerManage hardware and firmware on multiple generations of tester platforms in the CM, labs, and 3rd party sitesDirect our local and overseas validation teams to transition new tester platform (HW and/or FW) to their siteDrive tester KPIs at CMProcure HW and services to efficiently manage tester uptimeRegularly report tester status and recommend improvements to managementBuild expertise on test platform of server products What we need to see:5+ years of experience in Technical Program Management5+ years of datacenter boards and systems manufacturing, assembly, and testing experienceExperience working with Asia-based manufacturing vendorsStrong ability for problem solving and debuggingStrong communication, organizational, documentation, & presentation skills with global teams and senior managementA minimum of B.S. degree in Electrical/Computer engineering or Computer ScienceEnglish fluency – both verbal and written
