Licensed Elevator Mechanic

*Job Summary* We are the only independent paying more than IUEC pay and benefits. We're seeking skilled, dedicated Elevator Modernization Mechanics to join our team. This role involves modernizing tractions, maintaining and repairing proprietary equipment, ensuring safety, reliability, and optimal performance. You MUST have a valid CC or CET License *Pay & Benefits* * We offer IUEC pay rates or higher based on experience. $45-65 hr * All Benefits are paid 100% by Liftech * Medical Insurance (no deductibles) * Dental Insurance * Vision Insurance * 401K with 4% Match * IRA with an Edward Jones financial advisor * Annual Profit Sharing *Duties* * Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain elevators in commercial settings. * Install Gearless or Geared Machines * Read and interpret schematics or technical manuals to diagnose issues accurately * Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure compliance with safety standards * Conduct electrical testing and repairs as needed, utilizing electrical experience to address system faults * Collaborate with clients to provide excellent customer service by explaining repairs and maintenance procedures clearly * Document work performed accurately in service reports and maintenance logs * Adhere to safety protocols during all field service activities to prevent accidents or injuries Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week Application Question(s): * What is your work background and history?
