Senior Financial AnalystSeeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support portfolio performance, strategic initiatives, and investment analysis across a multi-asset operating platform. This role partners closely with operations and leadership to drive NOI growth, evaluate opportunities, and support M&A and development activity.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze portfolio performance and identify opportunities to improve NOI, margins, and operational efficiencyPartner with operations and leadership on budgets, forecasts, pricing, and strategic plansSupport underwriting, financial modeling, and due diligence for acquisitions and investmentsDevelop presentations and reporting for stakeholders and asset-level strategy executionConduct market, labor, and cost analyses to inform decision-making and optimize performanceQualifications3+ years of experience in finance, asset management, or real estate analysisStrong financial modeling and advanced Excel skills (Power BI or similar tools a plus)Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysisKnowledge of real estate, capital markets, or M&A concepts preferredExcellent communication, analytical, and project management skills
