You'll help deliver our mission of "Sharing Our Passion One Sandwich at a Time" by preparing delicious food, serving guests with a smile, and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment.You'll work as part of a collaborative team to ensure every guest enjoys the same high-quality food and service that has made Capriotti's a fan favorite nationwide.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide exceptional customer service with a friendly, professional attitudeTake guest orders accurately and efficiently at the register or drive-thru (where applicable)Prepare sandwiches, salads, and other menu items according to Capriotti's recipes and standardsMaintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant, including kitchen, dining area, and restroomsEnsure food safety and sanitation guidelines are followed at all timesHandle cash and credit transactions responsibly and accuratelyWork collaboratively with team members and management to create a positive, high-energy environmentComplete assigned training programs and participate in ongoing skill developmentQualificationsMust be at least 16 years of ageStrong communication and customer service skillsAbility to work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environmentDependable, adaptable, and team-orientedBasic math skills (for cash handling and inventory)Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysPositive attitude and commitment to Capriotti's standards of Quality, Passion, and PrideWhy You'll Love Working HereAt Capriotti's, you'll find more than just a job—you'll discover a place to learn, grow, and belong.
