EXPERIENCED Automotive BDC Service Agent

Responsibilities Manage inbound and outbound calls with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a focus on delivering outstanding customer service Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline for service appointments, upselling maintenance packages, and promoting dealership services Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions, follow up on leads, and ensure timely communication Coordinate with the service department to schedule appointments efficiently while managing customer expectations Engage in B2B sales efforts by establishing relationships with local businesses for fleet servicing opportunities Apply negotiation skills to upsell high-end services and extend additional offerings that meet customer needs Maintain organized records of customer interactions, inventory control, and sales activities to support ongoing sales management efforts Qualifications Proven experience as an Automotive BDC Service Agent or similar role within a dealership environment Strong outside sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets in B2B or retail sales settings Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and public speaking abilities Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer bases effectively Proficiency with CRM software, inventory management systems, and retail math principles Knowledge of automobile sales processes, inventory control, and dealership operations Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail Experience in high-end sales environments or luxury vehicle dealerships is a plus Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering top-tier automotive service experiences!
